Course Description

The Advanced Diploma of Program Management focuses on people in all industries who have an understanding of project management fundamentals and have management or supervisory experience. This course provides an in-depth understanding of key areas of project management such as program delivery, finance management, the development and use of emotional intelligence and the implementation of a monitoring, evaluating and reporting program.

Entry to this qualification is limited to those who:

Have completed a Diploma of Project Management qualification.

or

Have completed two years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience at a significant level within a project or program environment within an enterprise.
